About Kelley Garrett - CEO of Envy of eyez

Kelley has had a passion for beauty since her early years in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, where she was raised by her loving mother.  That passion increased as she traveled the world with her amazing father, who was in the Army.  Kelley had extraordinary vision to see the potential in what something could become; to bring out and enhance the beauty within… the metamorphosis of anything and anyone.  This vision sparked the aspiration to be the creative makeup artist she is today.

Kelley graduated from the University of Maryland and Central Michigan University. She worked in the Aesthetic Industry for over 8 years, serving as a Practice Administrator for a Leading Cosmetic Surgeon in Alexandria, Virginia.  She has been successful as a makeup artist in DMV for over 5 years.  Her personal promise is “I will always customize my clients` looks based on their unique lifestyle, while giving them the individual attention they deserve.”

In addition to her talents in makeup artistry, Kelley is a caring philanthropist. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the Prince Georges Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated and she works closely with Courage for Kids, United Communities Against Poverty and other community-based non-profits.

Kelley has the ability to listen to her clients, to understand their needs, wants and desires and to design a plan to meet those needs.  Making the World Beautiful, One Stroke at a Time, is not only her business motto, it is Kelley’s pledge to her clients.

Kelley lives in the DMV and is the proud mother of 3 children: Carlos, Kaila, and Jazmine.  Her daughters are both models for Envy My Eyez  Makeup Artistry LLC.
